I was feeling very frazzled today. Overly attached to my work, my clients’ results, my computer and the idea that if I walked away from it all for a while I will lose my business. So, I looked at the clock on my computer screen and saw a good chunk of time free in my calendar. I thought about all of the stuff I could be doing but that felt way too heavy
